High quality bergamot oil makes this a truly superior Earl Grey and the one exception to our "no-oils!" policy when it comes to leaf tea. We love it as-is, but adventurous palates can add a bit of lavender flower for an interesting twist.Brewing Instructions: Steep 1-2 teaspoons per cup at 205°F- 212°F for 3-5 minutes. Enjoy up to 2 steepings!

Emerald Mist

A World Spice original blend, Emerald Mist is a strong infusion of several mints, licorice, and ginger that will hold up to the strongest wind and the most persistent of stuffy noses. Brewing Instructions  Ingredients: 1 cup (8oz) Water  2 teaspoons Emerald Mist Instructions: Boil water in a kettle or pot until it reaches 210°F (99°C). Measure out 2 teaspoons of Emerald Mist for each 8 oz cup of water. Steep the loose leaf tea in the hot water 210°F  for 4-6 minutes. Strain the tea leaves and pour the brewed tea into a cup.
