Lapsang Souchong
Lapsang Souchong is a robust, intense pine-smoked tea from Fujian province of China. Deep aromas of smoke reveal themselves in a very strong cup. This tea is also used in cooking as either a strong infusion for a sauce or as a smoking agent in the bottom of a dry wok and is a key ingredient in our Asian Tea Rub.Brewing Instructions: Steep 1-2 teaspoons per cup at 205°F to 212°F for 3-5 minutes

Lemongrass

The bright citrus flavor of lemon is well preserved in these large chunks of the whole peel. Use whole pieces of lemon peel in teas and herbal infusions and ground lemon peel in spice blends and rubs.

This vibrant varietal combines the citrus flavor of lemon with the pungency of thyme, making an exquisite combination. The complexity is such that you don't need many other spices along with lemon thyme. It shines bright all on its own.
