I did put the World Spice Thyme received yesterday immediately to use - it went on a salad of tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers and this green, "purslane", that's amazing (its like a succulent, so the tender leaves are sort of crunchy and juicy) ~ the thyme was also amazing, it was so aromatic and fresh testing!!! Quality 🙌

And the thyme went into marinara i made with all those tomatoes (a small vat haha, most will get frozen for use in the dark season).

Here's the salad before it got dressed with thyme, balsamic and oil.

The fresca salad. It has purslane, which is new to me but tasty! Not dressed yet. That dressing may hit the world spices hmmm...

Tonight grilling out on charcoal. Salmon & these emerald eggplants from our farm share. Theyve been brushed with sesame and olive oil, and towards end of grilling will get this miso glaze. A fresco salad to accompany all.

Leftovers are luke a mainstay in our house - but no complaints because they are good!!
