Cooks Club

Plenty of us learned a soup by standing next to someone while they made it: a grandparent's matzo ball soup, a roommate's lentil soup, the pozole a neighbor makes every winter. Tell us the soup, who taught it to you, and anything you've changed about it since. If there's a step you still do their way without knowing why, tell us that too.
