It’s been unseasonably cool overnight here in New York the past week, and I’ve had to dig out my sweaters and cozy socks and even (so soon?) a knitted hat. So naturally, I’ve been craving warm, sweet treats and have personally declared fall baking season open for business.

Poudre Douce

This medieval blend is a staff favorite made with Cinnamon, Ginger, Allspice, brown sugar, and a pinch of salt. We use it in everything from snickerdoodles to overnight oats.
