Your notifications

The bell

The bell at the top of any page is where Cooks Club tells you what's happened. Open it and you'll see who commented on your posts, who replied to you, who reacted to something you made, and who followed you.

Getting them by email

Notifications can come to the email address on your account as well. Press the circle in the top right, then Account, then Notification Preferences.

Email can arrive immediately, once a day as a digest, or once a week. On-site notifications and email notifications have their own switches, so you can keep one and turn the other off.

Choosing what you hear about

Six more switches decide what counts as news. You can be told when someone follows you, when someone reacts to your content, when someone comments on your content, when someone replies to your comments, when someone you follow posts something new, and when someone you follow leaves a comment.

Turn on the ones you want to hear about, and change your mind whenever you like.
