What a wild coincidence! My breakfast today, on a whim, was toast with fried eggs and pepper jack cheese. I usedGreen Za'atar which i sprinkled on before adding the cheese to melt on top. Helps bring out the flavors in the spices and then your bite isn't dry herbs up front.
I've done that, too. In fact sometimes I prefer theGreen Za'atar and its tang.
