Instructions

In a crockpot, place the chicken breast, ginger, coconut milk, onion, carrots, salt, and Indonesian Ayam.

After approximately 6 hours, the chicken will be fully cooked and immersed in the flavorful sauce. Use two forks to shred the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
