Instructions
Boil 1 cup of water to 212°F (100°C).
Place the loose leaf Moroccan mint tea in a tea infuser or teapot.
Pour the boiling water over the tea leaves.
Let it steep for 3-5 minutes, depending on how strong you like your tea.
Remove the tea infuser or strain the tea leaves.
Stir in 1-2 teaspoons of sugar in the raw while the tea is still hot, allowing the sugar to dissolve completely.
Let the sweetened tea cool to room temperature. For quicker cooling, you can place it in the refrigerator for about 10-15 minutes.
Fill a glass with ice cubes.
Pour the cooled tea over the ice.
