Pink Pepperberry

The pink pepperberry (often called a "pink peppercorn") is the semi-ripe berry of the schinus bush and not a true peppercorn, as you can tell from its mild taste. Pink pepperberries have a playful flavor with floral and camphor notes dancing around the mild, tingly pepper taste.
