This blend is rich with flavors from the Pacific Rim. We start with an Asian-inspired combination of mild curry and lemongrass, and round it out with Indian coriander, thyme, and marjoram. The result is a versatile seafood rub that shines. We love Pacific Seafood on everything from scallops to salmon and also enjoy it as a base for a warm vinaigrette on roasted vegetables or in a marinade for flank steak.
