About this Recipe

It’s feeling like fall & peach season is here!!! What better than a warm gooey cinnamon roll? It’s a smidge time consuming; but, oh so worth it!

Instructions

Dough - in your stand mixer, combine warm milk & active dry yeast - let sit until foamy

With dough hook, Add sugar & eggs - mix until combined. Add flour intermittently with 6 tbsp butter until completely incorporated - continue kneading 10-15 min

Transfer to a greased bowl, cover, rise in fridge 2 to 24 hours

Cinnamon filling - beat butter, brown sugar, & cinnamon a set aside

Peach filling - chop drained peaches (if using canned) bite sizes, melt butter in saucepan, add peaches, cook 3 min - stir in brown sugar, cinnamon, & nutmeg - simmer 15 min… whisk juice & arrowroot and add to peaches, cook another couple of minutes - cool completely

Oat crumble - mix flour, br sugar, cinnamon, & oats - mix until crumble forms - set aside

Assemble - flour working surface, roll chilled dough to 12x20 - spread filling spread, add peach filling - cut dough into 1 1/2“ strips & roll - arrange in


greased 9x13 dish - sprinkle with crumble, cover, let rise 45-60 min

Preheat oven to 350* - pour cream over & between rolls - bake 35 ish minutes - cool 20 min

Glaze - whisk powdered sugar, melted butter, vanilla, & cream - drizzle over rolls - serve warm ala mode!! 😉


Notes & Tips

Please note, i use organic, non-gmo ingredients, & raw organic sugar - due to salt sensitivity, i do not use salt… use what you have, play with your food & enjoy!!!
