About this Recipe

It’s football widowhood season in our home!! So it has to be easy!! How much easier can you get than with World Spice blends? For these wings, the go-tos are Osaka Seasoning Salt & Smokin‘ Hot Garlic Pepper - in a gallon zippered bag, 2 dozen wings heavily sprinkled with Osaka (tip - if you are salt sensitive like me, i gently shake the seasoning so the salt goes to the bottom of the container & sprinkle - shaking along the way. i don’t get all that extra salt & end up like a bloated puffer fish!) and then a light sprinkling of the Garlic Pepper - ‘cause that packs a heat punch, a little goes a long way… then close up the bag, massage the seasoning on, & put it in the fridge overnight… spread wings on baking sheet, place in cold oven, cook at 350* for about 45 min - then we grill to crisp!

Instructions

1

To a large zip bag, add your wings & seasonings. Seal the bag and massage the spices all around the wings. Marinade at least an hour or overnight. Spread on a baking sheet, place in a cold oven - bake at 350* for approximately 45 min - we then grill to crisp up the skin - you can use your air fryer or other tools!!
