Instructions

Whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, cider vinegar, honey, and Emerald City Seasoning in a large bowl.

In the same bowl add the salad ingredients: ham, chopped apple, celery, pecans, and dried cranberries.

Gently fold in the dressing.
