Instructions

Whisk together the soy sauce, honey, Rooster Spice, lime juice, and salt. Set aside.

Toss the chicken in the marinade and place in a dish with a lid overnight, or for at least 6 hours.

When you're ready to finish the meal, preheat the oven to 400°.

Line a 15x10x1 inch sheet pan with parchment paper.

Place the marinated chicken on the sheet pan evenly spaced out. Discard the leftover marinade.

Bake the chicken for 35-40 or until the internal temperature reads 170°. The chicken skin should be golden and crispy!
