Who knew tea could be so tasty? With just three ingredients, Elderflower syrup elevates cocktails, lemonades, tea, and fruit dressings.Today we're sharing a special way to use the syrup that makes for a delicious (and simple!) breakfast, snack, or dessert.
Elderflower Spiced Peaches are nature's candy--a treat that keeps well in the fridge for two weeks.

Instructions
Add the elderflowers to a cup and steep in the boiling water for 3-5 minutes. Strain and discard the elderflowers.
While the tea is still hot add the sugar and stir until dissolved. Refrigerate until cooled.
Slice the peaches into wedges and drizzle them to taste with the elderflower syrup.
Sprinkle the peaches with toasted almonds and dunk them in Greek yogurt.
