Instructions

Thinly slice your red onion and place into a standard sized mason jar.

Add your 1 tbsp sumac to jar.

Combine vinegar and sugar in pot on stove at med heat until the sugar is dissolved.

Pour liquid over onions in jar. Allow to cool and then place in the fridge.
