Pho-Nominal Broth

This broth mix is loaded with legit flavor! Porcini pieces give the mix a mushroom-flavored, umami base, and we've layered on black cardamom, long pepper, and star anise for incredible flavor. Each packet of Pho-Nominal broth mix makes 2 quarts, just add your favorite stock or bone broth and simmer for 30 minutes. We've taken care of all the seasonings! When it has finished simmering, strain and enjoy it as a sipping broth or go all out with your favorite protein and garnishes for a Pho-Nominal bowl.
