The Bistro is a staple on cafe and restaurant tables across France—small enough to sit on the table, with the same quality grinding mechanism as larger Peugeot mills. Constructed from sustainably sourced beechwood (PEFC certified) and made in France. Adjust your grind with the knob at the top: tighten for finer, loosen for coarser. The pepper mill works with black, white, green, and red peppercorns, pink peppercorns (up to 15% in a blend), and coriander seeds.
